OneHope Foundation

OneHope Foundation exists to close the gap between emergency relief and long-term stability for low-income families in Philadelphia. We fund school-based clean water infrastructure, distribute nutrition and hygiene kits through neighbourhood partners, and place caseworkers inside schools so that a family in crisis meets one person who can coordinate housing, food and healthcare support, rather than navigating six separate agencies alone while the crisis deepens.
